Who processes your data
Hands is an application by Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino, trading as ProfBlu. He is the data controller for your account and for the activity you record on the platform.

No data protection officer has been appointed: the law does not require one for an activity of this size.
Who publishes the tasks
Hands' tasks are published by Prosecco's own team, about its own products: there is no third party — a "business" — that uses Hands to process its own customers' data. The data Hands stores is yours, as a professional applying to and delivering tasks, and that of the internal staff who manage them.
What data we process
What follows comes from the application's code, not from a generic list.
About your identity
Hands has no sign-up form or password of its own: your identity is the same account you use to sign in to any product on the platform, managed centrally. Hands only checks the session token that central account issues.
About your professional profile
The areas you work in, your skills and, if you fill it in, a link to your portfolio.
About your candidacies and your deliveries
- When you apply to a task: your identifier and, if you write one, a free-text message.
- When you deliver: the files you attach (up to five per delivery, PDF, JPEG or PNG, 2 MB per file and 8 MB total) or a link, and the message you write. Files are stored under a random name, not the original filename.
- The review comments exchanged about a delivery, with who wrote them and their role.
About your billing details, if you are paid in euros
If your compensation for a task is in euros, the billing details form asks for legal name, tax identifier, tax country, billing address and IBAN. That data is not stored in Hands' database: it is forwarded, encrypted in transit, to the platform's central system (Core), which keeps it and uses it to pay you. Hands only stores the date and time that forwarding happened, to know your billing profile is up to date; it keeps no copy of your IBAN or your address.
About settling a task
The status of your payment — in tokens, in euros, or both — and the dates of each step: when your invoice was received, when the transfer was made, when it was settled.
How payment works
Today the euro leg is settled administratively, by hand: someone on the team marks that the invoice arrived and that the transfer was made. There is no payment gateway inside Hands. The token leg uses the platform's token system.
Where it is processed, and who else sees it
Hetzner hosts Hands' server. Your billing profile, once forwarded, is hosted and processed by the platform's central system (Core), under its own privacy policy.
There is nobody else: nothing in Hands' code involves any analytics tool, advertising, or any other external provider receiving your data.
For how long
As long as your platform account exists and you have activity on Hands. Records of tasks, candidacies and deliveries are kept to be able to prove the work done and its payment, including the period tax law requires for invoices.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights the General Data Protection Regulation gives you: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction and withdrawal of consent without affecting what was done before. Write to privacidad@profblu.com from your account email. We reply within the legal deadline, one month at most.
You may complain to a supervisory authority: in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it); in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es); or the authority of the EU country where you live.
Minors
Hands is not directed at minors: it is a working tool for professionals.
Security
Communications are encrypted (TLS). Access to data depends on each person's role. If we detect a breach that affects you, we will tell you, and the supervisory authority within the 72 hours the law sets.
Changes
If we change what we do with data, we change this text and move the revision date.
