What these terms are
They are the agreement between you and us for using Hands. You accept them by using the platform with your account.
Who provides the service
Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino, sole trader (libero professionista), trading as ProfBlu. VAT number 04702090988, tax code LSNGMN88S04Z600M, not registered in the Italian Business Register. Contact address Via della Sega 1, 38080 Verdesina, Porte di Rendena (TN), Italia. Email: soporte@profblu.com.
What Hands is, and what it is not
Hands is Prosecco's internal task board: we publish small assignments about our own products and you, as an external professional, can browse them, apply, and if assigned one, deliver it and get paid for it.
Hands is not an open job board nor a marketplace between third parties: the tasks are always published by the same team, about its own products.
How an account is obtained
Your account is the same centralised identity you use across the rest of the platform. Hands has no sign-up of its own; access to Hands is authorised from that central account.
How it works
- You see open tasks and apply to the ones you are interested in, with an optional message.
- If you are assigned one, you deliver it: attaching files or a link, with a message. A round of changes may be requested before the delivery is accepted.
- Once the delivery is accepted, the agreed compensation is settled — in tokens, in euros, or both — as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
By using Hands you undertake not to:
- apply to or deliver work that is not yours, or present someone else's work as your own;
- attempt to access tasks or deliveries of other accounts, or bypass permission controls;
- strain the service with automation that degrades it for others;
- use it for anything illegal.
If you find a security flaw, tell us before telling anyone else, at soporte@profblu.com.
What you deliver
Once your delivery is accepted, you grant Prosecco the right to use that deliverable for the purpose of the task that requested it. Until it is accepted, the work is yours. We claim no rights over work that is not delivered or not accepted.
Price and payment
Each task states, before you apply, how it is compensated: in tokens, in euros or both. Euro payment is handled administratively, against the invoice you issue; token payment is credited in the platform's token system. There is no fee or cost to use Hands.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Hands available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: it is updated often, there may be maintenance and it may fail. We may change, improve or withdraw features.
Warranties and liability
Hands is provided "as is", with the care we put into it and without warranty that it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit we did not cause by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, none of this curtails the rights your country's law grants you that cannot be excluded.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using Hands whenever you wish. We may suspend or close access if these terms are breached or if use puts the service or other people at risk; except in an emergency, we will give notice first.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will give notice with enough time to read them. The date of the latest revision is at the top of this page.
Governing law and complaints
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile. Before it comes to that, write to us. The European Union also offers an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
